Family Childcare

Family Childcare

FAMILY CHILD CARE (FCC), an alternative to center- based childcare. Place your child in a military home five days a week, with no more than six children, attended to by a trained provider, while you are at work. Care is given in a safe, healthy and caring family setting to children ages 4 weeks to 12 years. An academic schedule featuring developmentally appropriate practices in the cognitive, physical, social and emotional areas of growth are emphasized. Field trips, picnics and parent/child social opportunities occur monthly and parents are encouraged to drop-in to visit their child at any time of the day. Three meals a day are served and approved by USDA.

MEET a Provider online at your Family Child Care or Central Enrollment Registry. A staff member will gladly present each provider's program on a secure website. You can also access the main site of the FCC program on your office or personal computer at www.armyfcc.com.
