Lodging - Policies
Reservation Policy
All reservations must be secured with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Reservations must be cancelled by 1800 hours (6pm) or your credit card will be charged for one nights stay.
The distinguished Visitors Quarters (DVQ) is for reservation by Military Personnel 06 and above, Sergeant Major of the Army (E9) and Civilians in grades equivalent to GS15 and above.
Additional Guests
Registering all room guests is mandatory when using our facilities and it is a must to help us properly connect incoming calls in case of emergencies.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 1500 hours (3pm). We will try to accomodate any early check-ins if possible. Check-out is 1100 hours (11am) daily. Please remember to clear room of all personal items.
Payment
Payment can be made by Cash or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express)
Pets
The Fort Monmouth Pet Accommodation in Lodging (P.A.L.) is not open for general use by patrons and is only available for use by military personnel and/or family members in transit. The provision for lodging requires the pet owner to provide a copy of orders reflecting their Permanent Change of Station (PCS) status.
The distinction of pets is limited to domestic cats and/or dogs only in designated rooms within Building 365. Wild animals, fighting dogs, rodents, reptiles, snakes and other exotic or wild animals to include insects and/or spiders are NOT ALLOWED IN P.A.L. For further information regarding fees please contact the front desk.
