LIFEGUARD TRAINING
Dates and time will be determined.

Minimum age of 15.
Swim 300 yards non-stop in the following order:
- 100 yards front crawl
- 100 yards breast stroke
- 100 yards of either front crawl or breaststroke
- swim 20 yards using front or breaststroke,
- surface dive to a depth of 7-10 ft,
- retrieve a 10 pound object,
- return to the surface and swim 20 yards back and exit the water withoutusing a ladder or steps, within 1min and 40 sec.

Every Tuesday at Myer Center and/or Thursday at the Physical Fitness Center
