Library - Registration
Registration
The library is open to all activy duty military, retired military, plus civilians and contractors assigned to the Fort Monmouth area. A valid ID card must be presented to register for a library card.
Personnel in TDY status are also authorized to use the library.
The sponsor or spouse of activy duty military or retired military personnel must register for a library card. In the case of civilian and contractor personnel, only the employee can initiate registration.
Retired civilians are invited to use the Internet or visit the library for current newspapers and magazines while they're on Post.
Any exceptions to registration policies are made on a case-by-case basis.
