Gibbs Hall
Gibbs Hall offers lunch and dinner dining, as well as finely appointed
conference and banquet accomodations. The Excalibar Dining Room comfortably
provides seating for up to 134. Gibbs Hall also offers rooms for eddings, Anniversaries
and other special events. The Grand Ball
Room offers elegant ambience and is ideally suited for large gatherings
of up to 500 guests. Smaller banquet rooms can be partitioned for
meetings, seminars and award ceremonies.
Gibbs Hall also features a luxurious cocktail lounge, a perfect place
to meet before dinner or after a hard day at work.

Catering Policies & Information
* All prices quoted are excluding 20% service charge (25% on Sunday).
* Prices herein are firm for 90 days only, beyond that time, prices are subject to reconfirmation.
* Payment and guarantees for function must be given 5 working days in advance. This number will be considered as a guarantee for which you will be charged even if less attend.
* A bartender fee of $100.00 added to all bars.
* No food or beverage may be brought into any of the facilities or be taken out of the facilities during or after a function.
* A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required at time of booking with the balance due 5 working days prior to the function. Balance must be paid by Cash, Credit Card, or Certified Check.
* The sponsor agrees to be responsible for any damage done to equipment or function room during the time the premises is under their control or excessive clean-up made necessary by florists, decorators, or outside agencies during set-up or break-down.
* Menu and Linen selections must be made at least two weeks prior to function.
* Additional fee charged for functions ending after midnight.
* A minimum of 75 people is required to book a ballroom with exception of weekday luncheons.
