AFAP is a feedback resource tool for service members, retirees, their family members and the workforce. This tool is used to let the Fort Monmouth Leadership know what you feel is or isn’t working and what you think will fix it. Customer service issues and concerns can be submitted to the Interactive Customer Evaluation website @ https://ice.disa.mil Use this form to submit issues to Army Community Service for timely review by the Fort Monmouth Command Group.
